SIMPLIFIED METHOD OF STRESS RELIEF





















Stressful situations are so difficult to avoid today. Life is full of stressfulevents. But, stress doesn't need to make your mental to be declined. And perhaps, that could be management experts who is always stressed, don't do their advices. However, my story might be an inspiration for you. 


That afternoon my mind was very tired, because a lot of work i have to finished. Then i take a time to buy my pet bird food. After several minutes queuing to be served shopkeeper, i finally got a turn i reserved a smallpacket of bird food.


While waiting for my change, my eyes accidentally looked down at the pile of sacks containing the dried corn. Quitesurprised, because the sacks were not tightly closed and moved its own. It's a cat that was sleeping inside it. Te cat was sleeping very soundly, though only there pose of dry corn and wrapped in nylon sacks. Without the stress let alone worry. Just goin where the wind blows.


My mind immediately drifted away. ACCEPTANCE. That's thelesson today. When we're tired of working, tired of thinking...but the job was not completed. So, forget it for a moment. Acceptance for a moment. So, We'll fresh and ready to make a creative idea. This lesson is very simple, but it can relieve tour stress. Try it !!!
